CarbDose provides informational estimates of carbohydrates and optional insulin calculations based on values you enter. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and must not replace professional care. You remain solely responsible for dosing decisions and health outcomes.
3. Lawful use only
You must use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with platform rules and applicable laws.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of settings you enter (ratios, targets), meal data, and suggestions you submit. Food catalog values may be approximate or incomplete.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to disrupt, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Submitting unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Any conduct related to exploitation or abuse of minors

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Catalog data and calculations may change without notice.

The app and API are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of estimates, dosing decisions, data loss, or service interruption.
